The Arab Shipbuilding and Repair Yard Company (ASRY) has announced the selection of a group of its employees as company ambassadors in the first edition of the ‘ASRY Ambassador’ program, following their successful completion of three rigorous evaluation stages designed to identify outstanding talents capable of representing the company’s vision and values and strengthening its presence across all levels.

The program is part of ASRY’s ongoing efforts to empower its workforce, foster a culture of excellence, and strengthen employees’ sense of belonging to the company with the aim of improving performance and supporting the company’s continued success.
